Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days unless expedited shipping is requested. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If for any reason there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Upulent Isle is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
FOR U.S. ORDERS
If you’re not totally satisfied with your Upulent Isle purchase, you must contact us at [email protected] to initiate the return of your merchandise within 3 days of the delivery of your product.
We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
In order to correctly process your return, the product/s MUST be returned in perfect condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender or assessed a $10 fee for each branded box/bag not returned.
Our amazing customer care team will take care of processing your returned merchandise and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 3 days from your receipt of the merchandise.

If your purchase arrives damaged you must contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of the delivery of your item/s. Please provide pictures that clearly show the damage to the product or of the incorrect item/s received.
We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
All damaged items are to be returned/received. Upulent Isle will provide a pre-paid label for approved damaged returns.
In order to correctly process your return, the item/s in question MUST be returned as shown in the picture (there must be no further damage), along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied or assessed a $7 fee for each branded box not returned.
Once your order is placed you will be unable to make changes. To cancel your order please contact Upulent Isle at [email protected] As long as your order has not shipped, you will receive a store credit for your canceled order.
If your purchase arrives with item/s missing, you must contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of the receipt of your item/s. Please provide pictures of the items you received and a copy of the original invoice. Once approved, the missing item/s will be shipped to you or a full refund will be issued for the item that was not shipped.
If you received the wrong item/s, you must contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of the receipt of your item/s. The wrong item/s must be returned and received in good condition before the correct item is shipped. Upulent Isle will provide a pre-paid label for approved items to be returned.
